Description of Work: They came out to repair missing shingles that our tree company said were missing from the roof. When he went up to where they were supposed to be missing from he said he couldn't find any damage. He walked and inspected the entire roof and couldn't find any damage. He didn't charge us anything and I was very surprised. He was honest and I will definitely be contacting them again when we have any roofing needs.

Description of Work: they repaired certain parts of my roof. Time can only tell if repairs were done properly.

Description of Work: My skylight is cracked and he caulked it and resealed all the other skylights I have. My only complaint would be that he used black stuff to caulk it and it doesn't look very good on the skylight. Something clear would have been better, but the leak is fixed and that's what's important.

Description of Work: Remove and hauled away existing roof. Replaced pitched roof, plus flat roof over patio; replaced vents. The whole job was completed in two work days. Roofers worked from 8:00 AM until dusk each day. The cleanup was incredible! They went over the area with a magnet to locate and remove roofing nails from the driveway and all the area around the house. Since they left I have managed to find only one nail on the ground. After my roof was replaced previously, I was finding nails a year later. I am very impressed and delighted with G&G Roofing in every way.

Description of Work: Got up on roof & Jimmy said a nail had popped up. Said no problem he took up shingle, tarred around area and fixed it. Jimmy said this should fix it and if it doesn't please call--but it should.

Description of Work: I paid my money up front as required. I waited for a message, was not contacted, so I started calling and leaving messages. Finally, I was informed that they would not come to where I live. They were not professional in their response time. I am still awaiting my refund! I am also angry that Angie's List still sends me their offer. Angie's List should check out the counties that they company will work in. I am unhappy about the whole situation. I want my money back!!!

Description of Work: Inspected the root and gutters, Sealed around all roof structures. Sealed a leaky gutter seam and gave me an estimate for a missing downspout, putting in a rain chain and cutting a downspout for a water barrel. Very polite and professional.
