Response from G & G Roofing
Unfortunately I hate to see a customer that has had a leak go straight to social media to make us sound like the worst company in the world. If I was to tell any of our customers that we never have had a problem and that they will never have a leak I would be lying right to their faces. When we are a company of our caliber and do as much roof work as we do, we will have our issues and we will have leaks from time to time. Every business big or small and no matter what the nature of the business is is going to have a problem now and then its inevitable, but the difference between each one is how the issue is handled. With all that being said this customer did have a leak after we finished the roof and it was repaired, then a year later he calls and reports another leak which we go out within 24 hours and assess the situation and find that a joint on a gas vent is leaking (gas vents must be reused during reroofs because only a licensed plumber can replace them due to carbon monoxide) so we resealed the vent and explained to the customer what it was and why it was leaking. I dont feel we deserve be rated as all F's and a D on price, I could completely understand if he was calling us and we were not returning his calls or giving the customer the run around but by no means was that the case. It appears that this customer is obviously upset because I would assume that if our pricing was a "D" that he would not have chosen to do business with us in the first place. Out of 230+ reviews we may have 4-5 unsatisfactory reviews, my team and I personally do everything in our power to resolve them but unfortunately we our going to have a rare customer that is going to be unreasonable. As I had stated earlier that my team and I will do everything in our power to be sure that every job no matter the caliber is done the best that it can be.
