Jimmy Ollie went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He was very prompt, polite, and efficient. Jimmy even helped my husband carry old fence posts to the road when he came to check on the roof being put on. Supplies were delivered and our roof was completed when he said it would be done. He called the night before and kept us up to date on the weather and what the process would be if it rained. This company quoted us the best price out of many other estimates, and only required a $250 deposit for permits. We are so happy we chose them! They definitely get a 5⭐️ Rating from us and we highly recommend them!

G&G is very punctual and very reasonably priced. They were recommended by friends at work so I had my mother in law at 1514 E 10th Court in Lynn Haven Florida call them. They were out with-in 3 days to do an inspection and actually got on the roof (others didn't) to measure out the correct measurements for the materials needed and needed less than what other contractors had stated and a few grand cheaper. Jimmy was very polite and even with the amount of work going on still was able to schedule the work to be done in a timely manner. He went above and beyond to ensure that she was taken care of and that it got done correctly. I would recommend their service to anyone who needs a new roof installed.

I love this company, Rick May is very understanding and listens to your needs. The team that comes out are the same very helpful. I love my new roof and we are selling the house and the new place that also needs a new roof so am calling on them again. Good prices and they finish when they say they are. God Bless.

Rick May and his crew are a credit to G & G Roofing. We felt helpless because we needed a roof as did everyone else in Bay County, FL. Rick came out, gave us a very fair estimate compared to others we received (sad that contractors try to gouge you when you are in need), gave us a scope of work they performed. We signed contract and said he was working on 6 weeks out unless rain. Very professional and very compassionate to everyone in Panama City's need. We sprung a leak in our FEMA tarp during one of the many rain storms awaiting our roof and we called Rick and he came out and put Peel & Stick to seal the leak until they could get to our home to do the roof installation. Rick and his crew were very professional, hard workers, very polite and we have a beautiful roof. Rick was always available to answer any questions we had and always kept us up to date on the status supply delivery and start date. Thank you so much! Highly recommend, you won't be disappointed. After receiving multiple quotes from other roofers, Rick from G&G Roofing submitted theirs. He was the most thorough and professional of any of them. He explained the history of the business and the whole roofing process. His group of contractors worked as an effective team, working quickly and thoroughly. They left our property cleaner than before they arrived. We highly recommend them to anyone needing roof work.

This was just for an estimate, but I can tell you this much, G&G was the closest when it came to giving the amount of roofing squares I needed. See I know how many squares it takes to redo my roof. 3 other companies had given me estimates which were way more squares than my roof holds. So in short G&G Roofing has been the most honest so far, If I can get my Insurance company to approve their estimate, I would be going with them. I gave them a B on response only because we just had a cat 5 hurricane go through and I know they were very busy, but when they did call, it was a very nice conversation.

Last weekend when the rainstorm blew thru all of a sudden I had a massive water leak coming from the roof in my kitchen. I immediately gave G&G Roofing a call and within a couple of hours they had a roof repair man at my house. He was able to quickly diagnose where the leak was coming from and also informed me of a few other minor roof issues that could have cost me bigger issues in the future! Thankfully enough he had all the needed materials with him to make the needed roof repairs immediately. This company definitely exceeded my expectations and went above and beyond to make sure my roof was not only repaired but everything matches my existing roof to where you can’t even tell where the roof was repaired! Recently had a roof installed by G&G Roofing they were such a pleasure to work with, they were very knowledgeable, helpful, and informative about any questions or concerns I had thru my entire process.
