Excellent service workers were polite and professional. Job took he better part of two days and I felt comfortable in knowing that the work was being done properly.

The experience from start to end was very professional. All workers were very polite and respectful. Everyone was on time to start work everyday and their workmanship on the roof was exceptional. Communication with John, Jimmy and Dustin was great. I was very pleased doing business with this company.

They arranged for permit and dumpster to be delivered the day before work started. We spoke to salesman on Friday and work started Monday morning. Workers were here from 7:30 am to 7:00pm most days. It took 5 days due to rain on two days. They thoroughly cleaned up debris and even swept back porch.

I had a new roof installed by G&G, and I am very pleased with the promptness of the work, and the professionalism of the crew, the supervisor (Jimmy); the salesman (Jon) and the office staff (Dalannie). The job took two days, and when it was completed, the area around my home was spotless--you'd never know that an old roof had been removed and a new one installed. G&G used top-of-the-line products and provided me with the wind mitigation report immediately after final inspection. G&G went beyond my expectations for delivering a quality roof at a competitive price. I highly recommend this company to anyone in our area looking for a roofer. As a matter of fact, I've already given Jon's card to a neighbor.

Called on Monday and he was here Wed morning. Did 3 estimates, one for gutters, one for roof repair and one for roof replacement. We went with the roof replacement and gutters which they guarantee for 50 years. It took him about 45 minutes to measure and give us written estimates, then write up a contract for the job. He said we would get it scheduled as soon as permits were acquired and that they should start the job in 3 weeks. 3-4 days for installation. Will write another review once the job is done, but we were very impressed with professional estimates, pictures of roof damage, etc.

Can't really see how clean the gutter is without going up on the roof. From below it seems the stuff that was growing on the gutter was taken care of. My roof still leaks during heavy wind and rain, so unfortunately that wasn't fixed.

The good experience started with Jason the estimator. He answered questions honestly; didn't force an upsell. We choose G&G because, when we compared apples to apples, they were the low bid. We asked for an upgrade in the flat roof that one of the other bidders suggested and it was included at a very reasonable price. They were ready to start within 2 weeks, but because of some of our personal reasons we had to reschedule, twice. This was handled well and with a smile by Jessica, the office manager. I was very impressed with the clockwork precision of the dumpster arrival, materials arrival, roofers on the roof. Only delays came from inspectors being 2-3 hours late. The whole job was done in 2.2 days. The only problem we had was linked to the inspector being late on the first day. Because of that, the roofers were not able to have the flat roof at the right point when a sudden summer 1.5 inch deluge hit. We had some ceiling leaks in the TV room, but G&G arranged/paid for a plasterer/painter to very satisfactorily take care of repairing the damage. BTW they did not bill me for the roof until after the repairs were done. Class act. Another indicator of a class act: Once the flat roof was off and they were trying to pitch it, discovered that the upgrade we requested would only exacerbate the situation, cause more problems than benefits. Jimmy, the crew chief, who could have kept his mouth shut, came to me, explained the situation, and that the amount would be deducted from the estimate. I wouldn't have known the difference. Class act. The yard was cleaned well all three days. A week later I have found just one 2 inch square of shingle and no nails. The wind mitigation inspection, permits and other paperwork were all done in a timely and professional manner. 5 Stars for this company. Since I won't be getting another roof for at least 20 years I won't have a chance to do business with them again, but you should.

This company was the most least expensive option I found when researching roofing companies. The service went really well too. They were very nice and accommodating to my needs. They made me a priority and worked with me to get the roof done in time so I wouldn't lose my home owner's insurance.

Not too pleased with this service. The tech said everything looked great with the exception of a few screws that popped out of the skylight. He said he put them back in place and resealed the skylight. The leak came back about 2 months later. Tech said that he found that wood was rotting around skylight and part of the roof was sunken in. We decided to have the framing redone and skylight replaced as it was over 30 years old. Ask them for a quote. Also asked another company. The other company's quote for a double pane skylight was almost half the cost of this company's, even though they claimed the gave us $250 credit "tune-up". Had the other company performed the job and everything has been fine since then.

Took many miss weeks to start job than promised but once they started was done quickly. There was a small leak after job complete but that was correctly promptly.

young man showed up a couple of hours later than promised and alone. My concerns were quickly lifted as he went to work cleaning out the gutters, fixing nail popups and resealing vents. He accomplished so much in one quick hour, I was amazed. It was a good price for such complete service.

We checked out Angies List and saw that they were highly recommended. We called them and they sent Jason ,the estimator to our house to give us a price. Jason was great, The office gave us several roofs that we could drive by to see their workmanship, we were impressed and signed up with them. The men showed up on time and put tarps around the house to catch the debris from the roof , they even covered my 45 foot pool. We had spurts of rain through out the day but they never left the job, as soon as it was possible , they were back on the roof. The men were happy and hard working . I think it's because of the company they work for. They cleaned up after the job and ran a metal detector all around the property to check for nails. The supervisor ,Jimmy, came by several times to check on the job and to check up on the cleaning . I would highly recommend this company, in fact they are going to do my mothers house next and if they would travel up to Cape Cod , we would have them do our roof up their

Professional, courteous, on time and on cost. From the estimate until cleanup they were outstanding. We could not ask for better service. Jimmy, the site manager monitored the job, answered questions and took care of all details. The three roofers came each morning ready to work and put in a full day, every day. If you need a roof, this is the company.

The provider did absolutely nothing for us!! I made several calls but never received a call back and it has been months!! This place is a scam and a rip off.

Went very well. Tech very thorough and helpful. Completed work as described, did nice job of painting vents. Did not leave written report but stated no problems found. Stabilized a problem gutter. I would highly recommend.

Provider was prompt and provided clear explanations of service performed. Gave an estimate of roof life remaining. Cleaned gutters and replaced a damaged exhaust pipe on roof. The service was very good and well worth the price.

They've come out 3 times, and the guy has done a great job of re-installing what was messed up. Jimmy is our point person and the most recent visit was for a half hour.

I would definitely recommend G&G Roofing ! An appointment was made immediately and Jason was there not just on time but a little early. The promptness made a great impression ! The office personnel kept me informed of any changes without me having to constantly call to inquire about status. The gentlemen working on my roof were extremely polite and answered any questions no matter how trivial. If you want someone that knows roofing tile work it is Wes. My neighbors were impressed with their respectfulness and commented on how well they were treated by the roofing personnel. The entire staff are a pleasure to work with.

Absolutely fantastic! Promptly arrived at the agreed date and time and finished the job as estimated on time. Clean up and magnetized for stray nails was excellent! Follow up with supervisor on completion date and completion of all documents, excellent. This company, G & G Roofing, Inc. was a real pleasure to work with. It didn't turn out too good. I had to continue calling them back to get the roof mitigation reports. It took me a while to set up the appointment for them to come and check out the roof. I had to make a number of calls for them to do that. So i don't find their response all that quick. They came out and promised me i would get the roof mitigation reports in about two weeks, but after about two months i called them back and called Angie's list to complain. I guess the price was fair, but i just wish they had done what they did in a more timely fashion.

We had G&G roofing replace a roof on an older house in Winter Garden. We dealt with Jimmy who walked us through the entire process and was extremely helpful throughout. The crew was on time and the job was completed quickly even though it turned into a much larger job than anticipated. Once the old shingles were removed larger than anticipated amounts of rotten wood/decking were discovered. Jimmy kept us informed throughout and kept the crew working to finish on time despite the additional damage/work. Jimmy worked with us on how they needed to handle the additional work and what could have been a disaster had we gone with someone other than G&G turned out to be painless. We would recommend G&G and Jimmy to anyone in need of roof work in the area.
