Description of Work: R&R roof tiles. A few schedule glitches, but overall just fine. Not a big job, just one man. Price was competitive. Repairman knew what he was doing.

Description of Work: First of all, Ray & John are very nice and professional. They are very knowledgeable and patiently explained the products to us. They also worked with us in attaining an affordable price. Their work crew were efficient and courteous. We love our new roof! |The only disappointment was that when the new roof was completed the inspector did not climb on top of the roof to check it. But other than that we are very pleased with their service and would recommend them to our family and friends.

Description of Work: Replacement of foundation board and replacement of shingles to fix leaks in two locations. Fit in my repair with daily rain and T-Storms. Asked for no $$$ up front. Provided BBB & Angie's List ratings, liability & workers comp insurance info with quote.

Description of Work: G&G replaced my roof (shingles). The quality of work was very good. Everyone I talked with was very professional. They did a good job of cleaning up each day. The price was the best of 4 offers. The only issue I had was the length of time it took to complete the work. I was told there was miscommunication with the inspector and then they ran out of shingles. Other than that they did 'A' work.

Description of Work: This is one of the best company's I have ever done business with. The representative John explained everything in great detail and responded to my special concerns. I was under a time constraint and they came when they said they would and had my roof done in two days. The crew worked hard with almost no breaks and cleaned up really well before they left. John followed up on the work every day and checked everything when the job was done. He then gave me completed wind mitigation paper work for me to submit to my insurance company without me having to ask. I highly recommend G&G roofers.

Description of Work: Service was preformed satisfactory. G&G failed to follow up with answers to questions asked during service and two voice mails were not returned. I am currently seeking another source for my roof replacement.

Description of Work: G&G Roofing replaced my entire 16 year old roof. During the inspection to give me a quote they fixed a roof leak at no charge and with no expectation that I would accept their bid. Another roofer wanted to charge me $600 for the same 10 minute fix. They began the work in 2 1/2 weeks from my acceptance of the quote and did a very professional job in about 3 days. We are very pleased with our new roof.

Description of Work: I am completely satisfied with my new mansard roof and all the repairs around my chimneys and windows. In all my life I have never seen such a committed crew work so hard with such good attitudes, meticulously attending to every detail, cleaning up each night after a long day of work. I am thankful to Angie's list - or I never would have found out about G&G. Now I fully understand why they are rated so highly. I am blown away with the roof, the workmanship AND the crew. If I had known that replacing my roof would have been such a great experience, I would have done it sooner. My husband and I give this company the highest rating.

Description of Work: Ray came to our house very promptly which is saying something as there was a lot of damage in the neighborhood from a storm that passed with 85 mph winds. He walked the roof with me and pointed out areas of concern other than the obvious issues with peeled shingles. He gave us an estimate for the roof and a separate estimate for the gutters as we were not sure what the insurance would pay for. Ray's estimate was lower than 4 others that we got bids from. We of course were concerned about price, but what really sold us on Ray was his commitment to the job. We had a very tight time frame that we were working with. The other roofers were quoting start dates of 2 weeks to 1 month from now. Ray said he would start the same week that we signed the contract. He also said it could be done within two days which we found hard to believe. He started the Friday which was a very bad weather day so he was limited to pulling the old gutters and the pool solar panels. On Saturday they came in and put in a good full day always making sure to not uncover too much of the roof in case we got some rain. They finished the job on Monday including adding on the gutters too. Ray also added a gutter guard that will help keep debris from coming off our roof and landing in our pool. This was something we had seen and added on. Ray got it done and for a very reasonable price. Like all jobs there were questions that came up concerns that needed to be addressed. Ray or Jaime were always available with explanations, or more than willing to make adjustments and meet our needs. Customer service was excellent across the board with both of them and their crew which really put in a good days work. This is a team you can really count on!

Description of Work: Ray and Robert gave us an estimate on 2/5/13, The price was the best of three different quotes we received so we contracted G& G to replace our roof. The job was started on 2/11/13 and completed on 2/12/13. Ray and his team did an excellent job and we are very pleased with the work. We recommend G&G Roofing because they are prompt, courteous and professional.

Description of Work: Removed old shingled roof and replaced with new shingled roof. Reflashed all roof penetrations. New drip guard. Work was done earlier than planned, quickly, efficiently. Cleanup was good. Would highly recommend them. Removed & replaced solar panels on their own time & were very friendly & professional.
