Description of Work: PUT IN SOLAR PANELS TO HEAT THE POOL. VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. WE'RE ENJOYING THE WARM WATER IN THE POOL.

Description of Work: We brought them out for an estimate for solar panels to heat our pool. My wife was writing down information from the sales person and he was abrupt in saying "What are you doing?" We asked him to leave shortly thereafter as he was flustered, rude, and unprofessional. We received a call back later from their office and asked if the president of the company can come out and "make things right." We agreed and at the appointment time another sales person showed up and NOT the president like we were led to believe. He said the president was in the Orlando area at the time and was unable to show up. The salesman said the president authorized him to give a better discount than the last salesman. It turned out to be the exact same price. We then asked him to leave as it was a waste of time and their company was not truthful when the president did not show OR call to reschedule. It leads me to believe that the company is not customer focused now or in the future if repairs need to be done - if I bought the system.

Description of Work: they replaced my existing pool solar heating system with their 'new & improved' solar heating system... while their installation was on time, I had to call their service a couple of times because there seemed to be a problem - on one visit they discovered a leak in the tubes on the roof - I called them a second time because I did not feel that their system was heating the pool correctly and after sending a tech to my house, I was given the normal this, that and the other thing can impact the heating of the pool, so..... overall I am left feeling like the previous system I had was doing just as good a job (if not better, it had a better control box) than their new system

Description of Work: Installation of a solar hot water heater system. The overall system is excellent. There were issues with the installation onto the roof. One of the penetrations try the roof leaked (from rain, not the system). It took 4 return trips to determine where the leak was. Overall, the solar water heater is great, the team that install it was very good. The leak was aggravating. I would recommend them, but add caution to verify leak proofing was done properly.
