We are getting new home owners insurance and the insurance company required a "4pt" which I think is inspection of HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc. They also required a "Utility Mitigation" which I think was the roof inspection. Anyway, Nick was recommended to me. He was able to come out within an hour of my call. He explained all of the things that could use some updating. (If we spend the money to update, we get a discount on the insurance.) So he explained that we can work with the insurance company and decide what we want to update now and what we want to update later. I found him to be very trustworthy and professional. I would recommend him!

Nick was very professional and punctual. He was great to work with and very knowledgeable on all systems on the house. He found a problem with the electrical panel that would have cost us $3500 had we not used him. We were able to renegotiate the price with the seller using the inspection report as a bargaining tool. I would strongly recommend Nick for anyone buying a home.
