Called office 7/2 to have someone come over to house to quote work. After a day of waiting called office again and was told Mike would call back later that day, which he did. Got a quote emailed to me the following Tue AM, after Mike came out to the property Mon. Was told that work could be completed the following day (7/9). That was quicker than I expected and I was happy! On day of work completed (7/9), team showed up on time, 8-9am, and completed the job by 4pm. High quality work at a reasonable price. Only complaint I have is lack of follow up on phone calls. Had to call office a second time to get someone to quote, and called twice to get them to send a receipt showing payment. Used same company a year ago for stucco repair, and still holding up well. Would recommend based on price and quality of work. They just need to improve customer service.

I actually found this company because they were doing work on a house down the street from us. They were so impressive I asked for the card. I had several contractors out for estimates for my chimney to be restuccoed and the side entry of our home - estimates ranging in total from 2500-4200. Mike Rocco called me back, came to my home while I was at work - as I authorized - and then called me on the phone to let me know what he found. He explained to me how he determined what needed repair and why, he explained the whole process was very friendly and helpful. His office manager Joe emailed me the estimate of 1000.00 + any cost of wood if rotten underneath the impending stucco. I was floored! I signed the proposal and they called me to schedule the repair for 3 days later! The men were clean and wonderful and very efficient! They did end up hitting wood rot, asked me to come and take a look and confirmed for me that there were no bugs in the rot. they went to the store purchased 300 of wood and showed me the receipt from Lowes which was also attached to my final bill. They replaced the rotton wood and did a beautiful job, you wouldn't event know it was repaired. The company only charged me for the additional wood and not labor as well. They were very efficient and they took their time to make sure it was done right.
