Tech arrived on time and very courteous and knowledgeable. Routine maintenance performed.

Tech came early, called before coming, showed me coils & blower - explained what he was doing to clean filters & check systems. This company is extremely professional & honest. I would never use another A/C company, they have a customer for life with us.

They called me 30 minutes prior to coming to my home as I requested and once arrived did a very professional job. They are very customer focus and ensure that you are happy and satisfied before they leave.

Called to request rep to come out to give estimate and impressed with phone customer service and response. Sales/tech representative was knowledgeable and helpful. After getting two other estimates, called to schedule installation. Decision was not based on price alone, but positive impression of company. Slight delay with crane, but then install went efficiently. Install techs were professional, courteous and left work area clean. Since original rep out of town during install, company owner showed up to see how all was going. Original rep checked back and made slight adjustment to outside unit and did additional demo of thermostat. This company provided very good customer service . Any concerns were addressed and resolved. They really want to please. Last two FPL bills are a lot less than last year's!

Ellington A/C is an excellent company to do business with. Every employee from the salesperson to the service technicians acted in a very professional manner.I had to wait two weeks for the new installation so Mr. Ellington sent a service technician to repair my old broken unit at no charge so we would not have to be without air conditioning.

Josh arrived on time and was both friendly and professional. He went over and showed me what had done & had found. He answered all questions that i had!

Technicians know product, were clean, on time and the new systems perform wonderfully.

They contacted me after I called them. We agreed on a time and date. They were prompt and very courteous. They had no problems with my pets. They told me of the estimated time and if there were any problems, to call them back. They installed it in two days. They noticed that my water heater might need to be replaced soon as they had noticed a rusty floor around the water heater. Based on their suggestion, I had it replaced by a local plumber. It was heaven to have air again. Ellington is a local company and family owned. There was a bad sensor initially,but they replaced it within a week. If and when I get a new A/C again... I would use them again, no doubt about it. They will take good care of you!!!!

It was a maintenance call because we bought a year warranty with you people. Will send in a check on the first of May for $119.00 for another job. Your company is very good! :)

Company gave me an appointment the same day. The technician was professional, knowledgeable and the problem was fixed in less than 2 hours.

When Jason came to give us an estimate, he was prepared with a presentation of what his company would do and what we could expect. We got estimates from other companies for comparably sized units by other brands and the costs were "in the ballpark". We chose Ellington because of Jason's attention to detail. We were not disappointed. His staff were all very professional and polite. When they pulled out the old (failing) air handler, it was filthy and in very bad shape. Consequently we decided to have our ducts cleaned by Ellington the following week. Again, they did a lovely job. They took care to cover the furniture and left everything clean. We also had them clean our clothes dryer vent.

They are very good, they have very good technicians, and they are very efficient; they wouldn’t even stop for lunch. Our thermostat was in pretty bad shape, it was twenty-three years old, and so we just got a new one. There are places that are less expensive but we didn’t do that.

Technician came out to inspect the AC. Came up with a detailed report of the current condition of our AC unit. Did not push us to purchase any specific products. Left the recommendations with us and left.

On time, friendly, polite. Wears shoe covers inside at all times. Highly recommend.

Josh was on time professional most helpful in answering questions i would be happy to have him performed service to my AC/heat at any time in the future.

Josh called ahead and arrived when he said he would. He was personable, friendly & polite and explained things very well. He went out of his way to explain things more than once to myself - my husband. He did not make me feel pressured to make any decisions.

The technician arrived on time and thoroughly explained everything without pushing sales tatties.

Television was very thoroughly checked, everything on the dot and recommended surge protector. He was very professional and explained everything to me.

They were very good, and I thought they were very honest. I already arranged to have the work done by somebody else, but I wanted another opinion, and they were very nice. They said that the other opinion was good, but I would certainly use them for my air conditioning in the future.
