They did a very good job. They paid attention to detail and did a very professional job, especially on the garage section which was done with extreme care and looks good. The only criticiizm I have would be the older man when showing us how to work the thermostat was a little abrupt when we asked questions. Would definitely recommend this company.

The work was absolutely performed on time and correctly. The crew that did the installation was professional, courteous and informative about all aspects of the installation. The finale installation met all of our expectations and even impressed the City Building Inspector. We've only had the system for a short while and so far it has not disappointed, it is working as advertised.

The AC in my house was an afterthought. The ducting is subpar. The unit was no longer properly cooling, and the back of the house was never cooled. Dolph came to the house and after over 4 hours of looking at the problems and hashing out alternatives, he presented me with three options. I also received a quote from another local company, and Ellington was not only the least expensive, but the most responsive. Ellington's workers were prompt and very polite. The installation of the outside unit and the three internal heads was done quickly. They took care to make sure the outside and inside installations were clean and neat. I am very happy with the installation. The rooms they worked on are much cooler. The equipment they installed is absolutely superb.

My package unit AC wasn't cooling properly. I called Ellington and told them I was on a tight schedule. They scheduled a technician the very next day. The tech showed up and checked my package unit (where fan and compressor are in one package outside the house). I watched while the tech removed all the panels and checked everything out. He cleaned the condenser and evaporator coils. The evaporator coils were filthy. He pointed out where my unit was corroding. He also checked out the interior temperature and showed me what I could do to further improve the efficiency of my unit.

Last July my power bill was over $400.00 because, along with the central air my wife and I had to run two separate window units to keep us reasonably comfortable. My wife and I did not feel as though we could afford a new central air conditioner, but when in May, we saw that the central air was running constantly and the old unit could not get temperature below 78 degrees when the outside temperature was 85 degrees, we knew that we could not sustain those bills another summer. The year before, a friend of mine purchased a new air conditioner from Ellington. Every time I would complain about my electric bill or our discomfort, he would drag me over to his desk and show me his air conditioner online, and rave about what a good deal he got. I finally broke down and called. Dolph came out and gave me the estimate, and through not a cheap venture, it was not as bad as I thought it would be. Dolph set us up to have the unit installed three weeks later. Dolph, Aaron, and Steve were here by 9:00 am. All were friendly, and professional, Aaron and Steve's work is beautiful, if the website permits, I will include pictures. On June 19th the cost for electric was a little over $15 dollars, on the 21st, the cost was $4.51. Unfortunately, while installing the air, they found that the duct system was shot, and needed replaced. Dolph came out and gave me an estimate and set a date. Leo and Brad came out and replaced all the duct work. Leo and Brad, were friendly and professional, and despite the nature of the job (working in a Florida attic in July with little room to move) continued to be friendly and professional throughout. My experience with Ellington has been more than positive, from Dolph, selling the system, and overseeing the project to Aaron, Steve, Leo and Brad installing the Air conditioning and duct work. The office staff was helpful as well, Patty who helped me with the financing and Olivia who helped me with scheduling. Finally, I don't write reviews as a rule. But I wanted to acknowledge this company and the great work they did for me. It has been a pleasure working with Ellington AC and Heat.

They were very friendly and professional from the first phone call to the completed service. I felt very confident in the inspection and he went over all the results with me very clearly. Did not feel pressured at all.

I called around noon because the AC had shut down. At first they wanted to fix it the next day but after I explained that we had a mother-in-law bedridden with MS that needed the AC, they were quick to put me on that days schedule. Technician was there by 2:30 and diagnosed the problem as a freon leak and showed me where the leak was and where the condenser was rusted. By 5:00 he was complete and on his way. It was more than I wanted to spend, but can't complain due to fast service that has resulted in a cooler house and a more efficient AC! Thanks!

We bought a house in Viera, west of I-95 in which the HVAC system had not been serviced since the house was built. It needed a good tune up and check. The representatives were all very professional, knowledgeable, and efficient. (They wear uniforms and place boot covers on their shoes before entering the house.) John came to give a quote and explained everything that would be serviced. He was very detailed and gave us a price break because we were having so much done. The reps who came to do the work, Leo and Joshua were excellent. The customer service reps are also very attentive and responsive. We are very pleased with their work and their programs for maintaining this HVAC system for us. We highly recommend this company and their representatives for servicing and understanding the HVAC unit from head to toe.
