Steve is thordugh and is knowledgable about the toade. he replaced a bad/faulty safety switch and recomonded a surge protector to be installed in the outdor unit thad is important to have.

From start to finish this is a first class company. We awarded them the job (even though they were not the lowest price) based on the description of the work they were going to do and a strong presentation by Dolph and follow up by Jason. They promised a great installation and to fix our existing installation problems(which was going to be a challenge). Aaron and Ray showed up on Monday and it was immediately apparent we chose the right company. These guys really care about what they are doing. The craftsmanship and care were amazing. They went above and beyond our expectations. - We have amazing new air conditioning systems and the installations look nicer than a new home would receive. Anyone looking for an HVAC company should really give these guys a strong look - You will definitely not be disappointed.

While we were on vacation our a/c unit died. My father-in-law had someone from another company come look at it and he was told that the compressor was shot and since the unit was old (12 yrs), it would be quite expensive to repair even if parts could be found. Once we returned home, my husband spoke to a neighbor who had Ellington replace his a/c unit 2 years ago and he highly recommended them. Our sales rep, John, came out very quickly and did a thorough inspection. He was even willing to come back later that night (10:30p since my husband worked a night shift) to discuss our options. He answered all our questions and gave us time to discuss which option we wanted to go with (even though at this point it was close to midnight). Ellington even purchased and installed a new temporary outside unit until our new Trane could be installed. Unfortunately it didn't cool the house because we had a freon leak in the pipes. They expedited the paperwork and re-arranged appointments to install our new unit the next day. The installation team was also wonderful.

Mike was a gem. He had to come out twice and both times on the weekend and one of the weekends was a holiday weekend. He was professional and personable. The office staff and dispatchers are personable and make you feel important, even during this busy time for them. I will never use anyone else.

Great service and workmanship. With air conditioning it has a lot to do with how the unit is installed. You can buy the best unit and if it not installed properly it will function no better than the worst unit. This is the second unit I have had installed by Ellington! The customer service was fantastic and they made every effort to explain everything so my wife and I were able to make an informed decision. There were other companies that had a lower price. But, when we sat down and took a look at why the price was lower, it was clear to us that Ellington was certainly the best overall. From the company owner to the people in the office, to the service technicians and the installers... Every one of them are professional, courteous, and extremely helpful. Thank you so much Ellington!! We look forward to a long relationship with you for our cooling and heating needs in both our houses.

Service tech was very knowledgeable and helpful. Price seemed high for a recharge of refrigerant but may be due to the old style refrigerant used.
