A/c stopped working. I called Ellington last night. They sent a very knowledgeable and professional tech, Ron. He arrived around 8:30am. He was thorough and completely helpful. He went the extra mile. Totally trustworthy and dependable. The company has an A+ rating with the BBB. The final cost included initial inspection cost, part, labor and a 1 year club membership with Ellington for maintenance and discounts. I have peace of mind. The unit is 11 years old. That's old for Florida standards but it's a much needed necessity here. I can feel at ease in the future when I call on Ellington for future service.

AMAZING! Love this company. Have had issues for a couple of years now. Individual came out and fixed multiple items that other companies had failed to notice. Most importantly he went up into the attic and noticed that some tape had come off of the duct work which resulted in system working to cool the attic. Glad is was caught before the full heat of summer hit. We would have been hot and electric bill would have been crazy expensive. Individual was professional, knowledgeable and on time. Would recommend to friends and family. Plan to use same company for all future AC needs.

Mike showed up on time in the pouring rain to service my A/C unit. He was very courteous, honest, and knowledgeable. He took his time to check everything over and to explain step by step what he was performing and what the problem was. As it turned out it was nothing more than a clogged pipe. Pricing was very fair could not ask for anything more. Would absolutely call them in the future to perform service for my unit.

Overall, we love the comfort our new home system gives. However, it has not saved us any money! However, the people who work at Ellington are top notch-super. I trust them; they are very competent. I do have concerns abt. ongoing costs-just this year the maintenance $ increased by $10. I hope this is an anomaly. My teaching salary has not increased! I did appreciate the Josh gave us for next yr.

Very thorough job. Technician was very detail-oriented.

Unit would not start on Sunday and Ellington responded immediately to my call and offered to have a technician come to the house that day. I deferred to Monday. Josh showed up on Monday and quickly diagnosed the problem and made the necessary repairs. He was professional, courteous and very thorough in both his work and the explanation of what he did to fix the problem. He had the required parts on his truck and avoided any delays due to parts being unavailable. I was very impressed with his thoroughness and courteous behavior. Nice technician who did a great job. System is back up and running and the house is cool and comfortable. Side note: Even though I told Josh he did not have to wear booties in the house he explained this is company policy and of course he put them on.
