The repairman arrived on time, and explained to me what all he was going to do during the inspection. He was polite, professional, thorough. He answered all my questions and even drew some pictures to illustrate the air conditioning cooling system.

The crew was prompt and professional from start to finish. It is a hard job and hot to be in attics all day but these guys came ealry and stayed late to get the job done. Very pleased with the job.

Only critic was the initial estimate, was too thorough, a little shorter with less information would be preferred. Even the girls in the office were very efficient and polite.

The entire process was handled professionally and expertly by the engineering/sales representative and an exceptional installation crew.. The difficult "attic" installation was accomplished in a timely manner with little household disruption. Questions were answered politely and to our satisfaction. Post-installation inspection and system operation familiarization was skillfully done.

Mike did an excellent, thorough job, was prompt, and work area clean. Very helpful in explaining condition of unit and offering operational tips. Disappointing price increase probably due due to poor national political policies.

The customer service representative immediately scheduled an appointment for me. The technician arrived within 2 hours of my original phone call as promised. The technician was courteous and explained my repair options. He fixed my immediate problems (refrigerant leak/rusted capacitor) and scheduled a follow up visit for an estimate of an AC replacement. Although this company is a bit more pricey than others, they are professional and leave a clean work area.

On time, called when he was on his way, wore shoe covers indoors. Friendly w/my dogs. Performed work in a timely manner.
