We had read the reviews on Angie's List so we had high expectations and they were even better than expected. Other businesses could certainly learn best business practices from this company! We did get another company's quote and there was no question on choosing Ellington!

Purchased an older house which needed a new updated system. Called around and Ellington was the first to actually have a person answer the phone who scheduled me for an appointment. A few days later Dolph arrived on time and we started to discuss what exactly was needed. After him taking a look around, he prepared a very detailed brochure complete with color photos of the various Trane units that are available. I ended up signing a contract that day for them to do the work after more than an hour spent talking over the options. A few weeks later our appointment was made for the whole system to be put into the house. Promptly between 8am and 8:30am the crew showed up. They were ready to go and immediately started working. My home was built in 1965 and hasn't been updated much but even so Ryan, Corey, Aaron and Sean didn't even break a sweat with each "yikes" moment that came up (and there were a few). Dolph stopped by again to ask how things were going and and made sure that the guys had everything they needed and things were progressing. After two days of the guys doing a fantastic job of keeping the house clean, the debris pick up out back ,they were finally finished and the system is up and running. I plan on using them for continued maintenance of my system and will be recommending them to friends and family.
