It went better than I expected. Mike, my service man had a time frame of 11:00 am - 1:00 pm. Mike called me at 11:00 am to let me know he was on his way over and would be at my home within 20 minutes. He was on time, courteous and respectful of my home. But, he was all business and made my air conditioning problems easy to understand. Price was reasonable, great quality work performance and professionalism. Excellent worker! A+ for Mike!
