Shamus was awesome. I chose Ellington because I like to be informed about repairs and the inner workings of our home. Shamus answered all of my questions about AC units and explained to me how they work in general. They have a fixed price business model - so based on my current situation he offered me 4 levels of service to solve the problem (Platinum through bronze). Each of these treatment plans came with a thorough explanation of what would be done so you are never left wondering what you paid for and why. Even though I picked the bronze package (cheapest), Shamus spent a total of two hours at our house. They also have an amazing cleaning and maintenance service that I will be signing up for that, I feel, is a great price. I never thought I would rave about an AC guy - but it was great to work with them and ask them so many questions and get so many answers. I never thought I would feel so good spending 400 bucks to fix the AC unit. Is it weird to look forward to the day your whole unit goes bust so they can come back and replace the whole thing? Will definitely use these guys to replace our whole system in the future. I won't even think twice. I only wish they'd start servicing sprinkler systems. Please Ellington? Please ??

The 2 service men were prompt and professional. They inspected the new unit prior to installation and replaced damaged parts. They completed the installation including cleanup ahead of schedule.

The staff from the office to the install crew were polite, knowledgeable very efficient. They explained everything about the install process to me before hand and the install team explained the operation of the system before leaving. Within a few days I had an appointment for the quality control lead to come and do a walk through with me. This was exceptional service. I don't think anyone else has a quality control lead that comes by after the install! I would highly recommend them.
