The install went well and was completed in a day. We placed a service call and since we were already on their annual service program, received same day service. The unit was 13 years old and when looking at a repair of over $1,000, we decided to go ahead and replace the unit. The sales person came by the same evening and spent 4 hours evaluating our needs and reviewing alternatives with us; The unit we selected had to be ordered and scheduling ended up being a week later. However, the company provided us 2 portable units to help cool the house, which we very much appreciated; The installers checked out the unit before leaving and explained the thermostat settings, etc; The unit has been working great since the install (3 days ago) and the Quality Inspector for the company will be by tomorrow to do a final inspection and answer any questions. I consider them a very reputable business and would not hesitate referring others to them.
