The tech arrived 20 minutes after I called. He (Shawn Percival) was extremely professional and friendly. We discussed the failed compressor and our options. He called the office and arranged a follow-up visit for a system quote. Not pushy, just friendly! We are previous customers.

I called Ellington A/C this morning and spoke with Linda concerning dust collected around the two air inlet vents downstairs. She promised a technician would be out between 1:00 and 4:00 pm (note this is a Saturday). Shawn arrived on time 1:00 pm. He was friendly, professional, and answered all questions. I will call office on Monday to purchase a replacement the 4" media filter and discuss a more effective Trane filter.

Installed, were on time, very friendly and knowledgeable.

Thermostat not functioning properly. We called office and they scheduled and sent a technician who fixed the problem professionally and immediately.
