Dennis came on two occasions to resolve the issue--he worked very hard for many hours resulting in a unit that works very well. I hope that he will be able to help us when we need assistance again, for maintenance and/or interim problems. When I established the 2 appointments, those who responded to my call were exceptionally friendly and professional. As an aside, when he was finishing the job, I glanced inside his truck and noticed how carefully every item was organized. I was very impressed, as I know that often you can tell a lot about a contractor by the organization and neatness of their work environments. I cannot emphasize enough how impressed I am with the quality of service provided and look forward to a long relationship in the future. Ellington deserves all of the many 5 stars they have received!

They always do a good job. They have always taken care of any issues I've had. I like the service. I like the people there but I also do it to keep the warranty going. Their price is probably about average. They are competitive with everyone else. They do give me a discount because I'm a customer. I can get in touch with them all the time even on a weekend. They always get back to me. They almost always call before they come to let me know where they're at and how much longer will it take for them to get here. I've already signed up and paid for next year's annual maintenance.
