Initially technician came out the same day 6/13, & worked hard to determine the problem with our A/C. Ended up we had a short in the wiring between the inside & outside units. Since it was late in the evening, another technician came back the next morning 6/14, to take care of the repairs. Various wiring replaced, fuse, drain cleaned & primed, thermostat checked, part of line insulation repaired. Everything is working well now & we very much appreciate their help. Would certainly use this company again.

Just recently had a new unit installed- didn’t feel it was cold enough. Shawn came out right away. Diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Couldn’t be happier with my total experience from start to finish.

Arrived within promised time frame. Very knowledgeable about what needed to be done to fix the existing A/C unit. Did not try to sell me a new A/C unit as it was not needed.

Jeffrey was punctual & courteous. He was very knowledgeable about our an system. Parts were ordered & we were seven portable units to cool house till job was complete.

Window of service was 8-11. They called to tell me they were on their way-(although I had time hearing him. Arrived @ ~10am left @ 11; 45. They explained any issued & documented them.

Shane was very courteous and helpful. We were originally told we would need a whole new unit. Shane managed to repair our outside compressor and got us up and running the same day with a warranty on the work he did. I had been dying in the heat and he saved my Mom and I. Great service. Hope it lasts.

The installation was a great experience! Jason, Jordon & Steve have been the techs on my job. From beginning to end the job was completed on time, neatly carried out and knowledge of my units passed on to help me understand the system.

Perfect from start to finish very professional. Even provided heater A/C units during down time. Thank you guys very much.

5/24 Shawn Percival came 5/24/2016 to complete the job. again very professional, upbeat & courteous. He replaced the thermostat & checked through over very thoroughly before he left.
