Arrived early, reviewed inspection provided list of suggested services professionally performed, chosen service.

Great called at 10:20 am & Corey arrived shortly after, awesome job, This is my second use of Ellington, another good experience.

Arrived quickly, immediately saw the overall problem causing the minor problem, and stuck with the job until everything was fixed.

Liam arrived on time and called ahead to let us know he was on his way. Outstanding service and very courteous.

Jeffrey installed new parts on one of our units. Even once it started to poor rain, he insured we could get A/C.

Corey was efficient, pleasant and thorough. He got the AC working until replacement parts came in. He replaced 2 compressors, checked the system and left everything clean & working.

Workers arrived at 8 AM and worked continually till 3 pm. They were courteous, prompt, knowledgeable and very professional.

They are the most knowledgeable, professional, a/c companies I have ever seen.

Problem was found & parts were order, service was very good.

They come out twice a year. They were very responsive. They were professional, worked well, and cleaned up after themselves. They did what they said they were going to do for the price they said they were going to do it.

Service man was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient. Explained his actions well.

Shamus arrived in a timely manner on a Saturday evening. He quickly assessed the situation, determined the needed fix and followed through the air conditioner resumed working.

Serviceman Jeffrey arrived, quickly, and was courteous & informative.

The job seems to have gone really well. They technician was knowledgable and professional. However, there are couple of things I like to comment about: 1) They charged $522 which appeared to me like a lot of money, considering it involved one hour of labor and parts costing perhaps around $50. I thought of shopping around to get better deal, but I just wanted to get this out of my head quickly. 2) I was given an Angies List review form to fill out apparently in front of the technician. This obviously does not set the stage for unbiased customer opinion. 3) The technician covered that sticker of a competitor company with that of Ellington. This is despote my request not to do that.
