Description of Work: The company's owner Jason and ALL of his staff are awesome! The most professional company I have worked with in a long time. Everyone from the installation staff to the service and office staff treat you like you are a VIP with upmost respect. I called them in to quote a duct removal and new install. I also discussed with the owner my disappointment in another company that had installed a 9,000 unit last year. When he looked at it, he was also was taken back by the sloppy workmanship and improper installation that would lead to premature system wear. I told Jason I did not want the other company back as they were rude and unresponsive when I called them repeatily to have issues resolved with the bad installation. After a lot of effort by Jason and the manufacture representative, they were able to reinstall the unit properly and transfer my service to Ellington. The difference in the install and service I received were amazing. Most companies would not have tackled the various issues I had with the prior company but Ellington did so with out ever losing patience and professionalism. He also without hesitation responded to some air quality/allergy concerns I had and was determined to find a way to resolved them by making some changes to the duct and unit reinstall during the process. No short cuts! Ellington will be my go to company for any air or heat issues in the future. I own other properties and have used several companies in the past but Ellington is a cut above the rest. Before you contract with anyone, contact Ellington. You will be impressed.

Description of Work: Service was prompt , professional and friendly. The tech was very knowledgable and diagnosed the problem quickly. He said it could be the fan and the motor or just the fan but went the extra to get the motor just in case and the repair was done the next morning and I only did without air one day. I will use them again and they will do my yearly checkup. The unit is only 14 months old but the place I purchased.......sears, didn't call me for two days and gave me a number to call. That's what I got for my $7500.00. I will use Ellington Air.from now on. thanks!

Description of Work: Replaced old (1978) rooftop a/c/heat unit with a new trane system. They arranged all aspects of the job, including all permits,even the crane and roofer! During the installation they found more work to remove the unit than expected,but stuck to the original estimate. They did an excellent job and we would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them.

Description of Work: Despite it being a busy Monday, the representative was at our home quicker than expected. After taking a look, he made 3 repairs to our aging unit and had cold air flowing into the house within a couple of hours. Because of referencing Angie's list, automatic discounts on the charges were given. I only rated price a "b" because it is still a lot of money.
