Description of Work: Complete Performance Enhancement System Renovation, Upgrade To High Voltage Connection Kit, Voltage Absorption System Rejuvenation, Renovate Electrical Wiring And Terminations, Restore Condenser To Clean Condition | |Ellington was very fast to respond. I had purchased a service request from Angie's List and fully expected that it would take at least a day to hear/have someone come out. They call right away. When we explained that we have a infant in the house, they said they could have someone out that day. The technician was early and got right to work. They found that the last repairs on the condenser had used non-Trane parts so that caused excessive wear and tear. They replaced the parts and had the system back up and running. The technician was very courteous and explained everything he was doing. He gave options for the repairs and his recommendations. There was never any pressure or sales talk. I felt very comfortable with him. | |We had to call back a few weeks later since the moisture drain was backing up. Again they came the same day. They re-cleaned the system and flushed out the drain and treat for possible mold/bacteria.

I was pleased to read you noticed the level of quality we provide in our service, while this is very hard to explain to a customer before the service call, it is very evident during the service call. Incorporating this quality driven approach won't ever make us the cheapest service provider, however I do believe it brings the most value to the table as you are getting exactly what you pay for and not being deceived by cutting corners you may be unaware of (such as inferior parts). Description of Work: Ellington performed a System Maintenance on my Trane A/C & Heating system. It took about 2 hours so I know that they did a thorough job.
