Description of Work: I had a new AC system installed. The crew was prompt, clean and very professional. A few weeks after installation I had a few questions about how the system runs and Aaron came out quickly to assess my concerns. My husband and I chose this system in order to reduce our electric service costs, during the sales discussion I was told that our electric usages would likely go down by half, due to the fact we choose variable speed and a unit without a heat pump. Unfortunately I have not seen these results realized yet (comparing the last 4 months to the same period in the prior year), there has been very little reduction to our electric usage. We like the quality of a TRANE, however given a do-over, I'm not sure I'd have selected this particular model.
