The tech was confused on what to charge for the service. He thought that deal was for 20 dollars off and charged us the rest for the service call. When I called the office they straightened it out immediately and although they could not credit the money back to my credit card, they sent me a check which I received in two days. Even with all the confusion, they did a great job fixing everything.

After the Hurricane the Puer was out and when came back on the a/c control panel didn't read the unit, tech reconfigured it and worked great.

Salesman was very responsive to questions and was thorough in sizing the system and evaluating our needs and making recommendations. Installers were very courteous and the work performed was to a very high standard. Very good attention to detail.

Ellington showed up when they said they would show and were very professional. After the service guy left my outside unit didn't come on, my system was blowing hot air. I gave them a call and they sent someone out immediately to figure out what was happening. They got me up and running again at no extra cost (bad float switch).

The issue was a bigger problem then I had thought. The only reason I gave a "C" for price is because I don't know what a fair price is for the defrost and fan control boards for a heat pump cost. (6 month warranty included).
