Service tech was at our home within 1 hour of initial call.

Paid $99 for diagnostic service call. I had suggested that the capacitor might be the problem. In 5 minutes he agreed this was the issue. They wanted between $250 and $450 MORE to repair. I said no. I went online and bought the replacement capacitor for $10 and a spare for another $10. 2 screws to remove the panel cover and 1 screw to remove the strap from around the capacitor. Discharging any remaining electricity from the system and plugging the connectors to the matching terminals on the new capacitor and replacing the screws. 5 minutes and $10 and the system was repaired. Their price was outrageous.

Jeff showed up on time, called 20 min prior as stated was professional & polite as always. He was very thorough. Cleaning my vents & cleaned up after himself. Very nice.

Ellington sent a service tech to my house promptly. He diagnosed the problem & solved it. He serviced our system and thoroughly checked it to make sure it was working properly.

Jeffrey was on time and very pleasant. The work was done in a timely manner & everything was explained to us.

Technician that was assigned inspected entire system and noted existing issues. However, he was not qualified to provide information on duct changes. Wanted to set up a second appointment , additional service charge, to provide what I had asked for initially. Called another company, they installed a damper which fully corrected my issue.

Fine. Should have been notified of price increase.

Introduced themselves, explained what was involved w/check up. Very courteous and methodical.

Jeff assessed the problem and infected. He had to go pick up part and return to instate it. He persevered and did an excellent job.

Showed up within scheduled time and quickly performed software upgrade and maintenance.

Had a 8 am to 10 am window. Corey showed up at 8 10. Very happy about that. He was polite and professional.
