Most other reviews were good so I decided to pay the higher price for hopefully better service. Mel was the person who sold me the system. They started out by not filling out the permit correctly so I had to get another one notarized before install .. sure .. things happen. A week after the install the system stopped. I bought the no worries guarantee. The property manager called them to schedule a repair and property manager said they never called back. So had to get someone else as it was a hot day and I had the property rented to tenants trying to enjoy their vacation. Ellington never closed out the permit with the city ... when I brought it to their attention .. they blamed the city .. once it was inspected, it did not pass on first inspection so they had to fix the issue and have it reinspected. Mel misrepresented the no worries warranty .. they will hold you to the 3 year contract or charge a $500 cancellation fee if you try to cancel before the end of the 3 years.. if they tell you otherwise they are lying. I would not use them again .. Joey, the manager said he is fine with that .. as I am not the kind of client they want! If you expect the job done right the first time, and the company to do what they promise .. you may not be their type of customer either!! Perhaps they are having quality control issues with COVID..

This company are scam artists. They installed temporary cooling and for that, they tried to hold me hostage and purchase a unit for $8000. When I learned that fact and I balked knowing the unit should cost around $3500 they came back and removed the cooling units. Now they will not credit my credit card the deposit which I never even signed anything over. They want to issue a refund check- sure they will! Total scam and the owner Jason Ellington just hung up on me too when I discussed his poor business model. How they got on Angie's "preferred list" is a mystery. Again BEWARE!!!!!
