+ -1 moreMy home has 24 foot ceilings with windows that are up to the top of the ceiling. Too high for me to clean. Matt came out to give me an estimate and was able to schedule my appointment when it was convenient for me. Matt and another young man came out to do the work. They were quiet, hard working, wore paper shoe covers when on the inside of my house. They had to use huge ladders and didn't knock into anything. I had them do all my windows and glass doors in my house..both inside and out. They even cleaned every screen. I am picky and believe me, I checked for streaks. There weren't any! They covered the tips of the ladders with clean towels so no marks were left on the walls. The price was reasonable as there are over 30 windows and doors plus the gigantic triangle shaped windows on the front and back of the house. I will use them again and again.
Description of Work: Windows and glass doors cleaned inside and out. Screens removed and cleaned.

Description of Work: I contacted the company via voicemail. It was a day after I called. Owner said he'd be in my area the next day, as he services that particular area at least once a week. He'd take a look at my home and call me with an estimate. That has not happened to date and that was over 5 days ago. I'll not use this company. If they aren't reliable enough with a bid, what will make them reliable in doing the work?
