Excellent Service from start to finish! I had called another painter who recommended Al because they were too busy to get the job done in the time frame I needed. (we had cracks that needed to be filled for insurance purposes). The attention to detail and professionalism was amazing. The work was started around the time Hermine hit but they got it all done sooner than I expected. Neighbors love it and the people across the street feel bad because they are enjoying it more than we can! Definitely will hire again for any painting needs. Picture on the left is before.

I tried calling and emailing several companies. One responded, I called them and left a message, they emailed and stated they would call me the next day and never did. In the meantime, AL from Customer's 1st choice called and set up an appointment. He arrived on time, and extremely pleasant man, looked around, explained several things to me plus the fact that due to the former owners choice of colors and mine, we would need a 2nd coat. He gave me an estimate on the spot and a and quot;flyerand quot; discount. We set up a date for the job to be completed. He stated that it would take just one day. (I'm thinking at least two!) He took my paint choices on the chips I had from a local store and said they would be there on the 7th! Debbie from the office sent over the contract via email and we got everything squared away within the next two days. I moved the furniture to the middle of the room as requested the night before. On the 7th, they arrived just before 8:30 am and began taking off switch plate covers and taping them, asked about any other holes that need to be covered or left, and began taping the baseboard. Shortly after 9:00 am the paint arrived. There were three guys in this crew. All extremely professional. Bob, Dave and Bill. Bill can and quot;cut inand quot; without taping as he is that good! Bob and Dave took care of the rest of the job! They hustled and had drop cloths everywhere taking care of the furniture and floors. They took only one slight break during the nine hours they were here. They explained things to me as they worked, showed me what I needed to see and fixed most of the errors from the previous owner's attempt at painting! The job was completely finished in 9 hours! I was thrilled with the results and the professionalism of this TEAM. I found out that AL is the owner! Highly recommended!

Services included painting the exterior (three colors) and the interior. All employees were prompt, extremely courteous and totally professional.

My neighbor had gotten an estimate from this company and encouraged me to do the same. Al Reyes, the owner, came by very shortly after we spoke on the phone to give me an estimate. I already had 2 estimates from other companies. One was much higher; the other told me he couldn't do the second story without scaffolding and refused to give me an estimate. Al asked specific questions about the type of paint I wanted (required by our HOA) and exactly how I wanted the trim and garage door treated. His estimate was $2862.00. I told him I needed to go through the approval process with the HOA and would be back in touch as soon as I could. Well, I didn't realize the HOA only met once/month, so the wait turned out to be longer than expected. I kept Al informed via email. We bumped up against a deadline, an out of town trip that had been previously scheduled. But Al managed to work me in. Now, what positive words do not apply to this group? They were punctual, neat, pleasant to be around, diligent and the type of people you can only hope for when you are hiring blindly. Bob Lockhart is the foreman of the group with the highest ethics and does an excellent job of making sure each person is doing his assigned task when he is supposed to be doing it. And he has the most pleasant disposition of any, and I do mean any, supervisor I've ever known. The reason the second story was not a problem for this group was because of Nigel, aka Spiderman. He did an outstanding job climbing up and down and getting the job done around some of my home's quirkier angles. And I don't want to forget Rosie, the all-around go-to girl. I could not be happier with the job this group did. In fact, I have had 2 people stop as they were driving by just to ask me who did the job and what the color choice was. Because they did such a great job on the house, I asked them to paint my pool deck, also. That was an additional $721, but Bob knew exactly what brand and quality product should be used and was able to match the color I already had on there despite it being from a different manufacturer. This is an A++ group. Businesses like this one deserve to be bombarded with customers. You will not be disappointed if you hire them.

The overall experience was excellent. They arrived on time. They were very efficient. They did a very good job. They cleaned after themselves. They exceeded our expectations in terms of getting through the job. They were very good. They were very courteous. I think they were very reasonable pricewise.
