Great experience and work done by Mark and his partner! They replaced linoleum and carpet in our 34 ft 5th wheel. The flooring we selected looks beautiful with our existing wood color in our RV. We will definitely call on them again for a future project.....thanks guys!

Couldn’t have asked for better service. The removal of the laminate and installation of the carpet was done quickly and efficiently. They moved furniture as required and cleaned up all materials afterwards. The pad repair was done in record time and you couldn’t tell any difference once the carpet was relaid.

The owner of the company's name is Mark Franz. I found the Check Mark Flooring first on Angies List and then ran across the name again on Craigslist. Initially, I started out by going to one of the big box stores for my flooring needs. I selected a nice thick and plush carpet, a much better than builder grade carpet padding for upstairs, and laminate flooring for my downstairs. My first interaction with Mark was via phone, in which I was wanting to get a quote for the labor of the ?big box store? product, given they were charging me $9,100.00 for the products, labor (installation, removal of existing flooring and moving of furniture)? in 1,700 sq ft. of space. Mark assured me he would beat their price and also offered to sale me the products he carried, which were more higher end and less expensive (he gets it directly from the distributor). I then invited Mark to come to my home to measure and provide a quote. Mark visited my home with his flooring samples (carpet, hardwood, engineered wood, and laminate). While Mark was taking measurements, my wife and I looked at the flooring options and made our selections. Mark said that the following week, he would have us a complete quote for product, which he did. Surprisingly, it was $2,200.00 cheaper than the ?big box store?s?. Before agreeing to allow him to do the work, I did check him out to make sure he was licensed to work in Brevard Country, which he was (Contractor License Number: FT117). After seeing that, I was sold. We hired him to do the work and paid him in three installments (deposit, completion of the upstairs carpet, and completion of the downstairs laminate). Overall my wife and I are extremely happy with the services provided by Check Mark Flooring. Our floors are leaps and bounds better than the builder grade products we had before (home was built in 2006) and our floors look amazing. Since the installation, we noticed something really minor and were able to have Mark come by within 24 hours of the call and resolve the issue. He said as your house continues to settle and you notice things, call me and I will come by and make necessary adjustments. That is true customer service. I have since recommended him to some of my neighbors and co-workers. This is someone that I trust and would certainly use again.
