Went as planned as usual. I've used this company several times over the years. Simply, they are the best!

The work took to visits; the first one didn't go that well but one of the owner's came to do the service and communication and service went very well. I was happy he fixed the problem and apologize for the short comings from the first visit.

CDS, once again, has impressed me! They are always punctual, polite, and incredibly professional. Not to mention their prices are very fair. Will hire every time, for all of my plumbing needs.

The plumbing, I was mediocre happy with. The work turned out good, it's functional, and there's nothing wrong with the functionality of it. He was on time. They were friendly, nice people, customer service-wise. They're good people. I had no issues with the plumber or the people on the phone. I felt it took them longer to finish the job than it should have and they charge by the hour. One of the sinks they installed, they just installed the piping and did not bother to install the valves at the end of the piping, like underneath your bathroom sink. There are little valves that turn on and off the water, and I had another person come in later and do that. They used old PVC pipe; I didn't specify, but most everyone uses the flexible piping now. There's nothing wrong; it is functional. They could improve their efficiency. It was just average speed and I was expecting a plumber of exceptional or higher level competence or higher level professionalism, whatever you want to call it. If we're just talking about hourly price, they're in line with everybody else, but because they were slower than I expected, my overall price was higher than I wanted.

Arrived on time and got to work immediately. Did a great job and checked his work when finished. Good company with excellent customer service.

Very smooth process from start to finish!

Ken called ahead of time and, once there, diagnosed the leak on the back patio was from a rotten kitchen drain pipe. After working on it for two hours, he said he would have to come back in the next day or two or on the weekend to finish it up. However, my uncle spoke with Chrissy and requested Ken finish the job before he left for the next job, otherwise, they wouldn't be able to use the kitchen sink or dishwasher. Chrissy agreed and Ken finished the job the same day. Hooray and kudos to CDS Plumbing for fixing it the same day!

Had to use twice. Both times communicated arrival times and were punctual. The toilet at a rental was backing up into the shower on a Sunday. I called and they informed me of a $50 fee for emergency call on a Sunday. They arrived in about 30 minutes and cleared the clog and left me with a happy tenant.

Very good. Scheduled same day. The technician arrived on time and completed the job quickly and efficiently. CDS Plumbing will be at the top of my list for all of my future plumbing needs.

Outstanding. Done quickly with no mess and very professionally

Called and within a few days had an appointment to replace our old water heater. Tech arrived on time, super friendly and cleaned up after all the work he completed. Even made sure we had all the information to apply for the rebate after installing the new gas water heater.

Paul called and said he would be at our home between 45 minutes to an hour. Was here during the time he said. Was very professional and used the snake to find our problem. It only took an hour and he cleaned up when he was done. Gave us a quote to replace our hot water tank. Will save up to have that done by this company. Highly recommended.

Great. Tim came promptly and got to work immediately. He did high quality work and knew exactly what needed to be done after I told him the issues that I was having. He even repaired my dishwasher hose that wasn't mounted correctly, that could have potentially caused issues later on. Tim was very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient, and did the job right. Didn't break the bank either. Very happy with the cost of the job. Would definitely use again.

Fred Clark was the gentleman that came, and he came rather quickly. He was prompt and did a very thorough job. He worked neatly, cleaning up after himself, and everything went very well. Over all, it was a positive experience!

These are all things I can do myself but they try to work fast to get as much done as possible. That makes the price worth it every time. It also saved my the hassle.

Ashley was very helpful with giving me the full details on what the expected charges would be and the timing of the installation. The labor bill was exactly what she quoted, and the extra parts were within the $30-$50 quote she gave me. I called 6 plumbers for quotes and either received very high quotes or very loose estimates. Ken arrived and completed the installation within the time frame estimated, all while working in a utility room without air conditioning. Very professional and courteous.

It went excellent. We will definitely be hiring them again once we get the quote back for the re-pipe! We greatly appreciated their professionalism and punctuality. Paul called we they were leaving their previous job and let me know they were on their way. They showed up in the earlier part of the 3 hour window I was given.
