Have had CDS plumbing out a few times when we were in rental. Always pleasant, and took care of the jobs needed. This company was who our landlord used. Just bought a condo and had a couple minor things to be taken care of immediately. Ashley in the office pleasant and accommodating and the young man who came out fixed the issues quickly. Will be having them out again at a later date to replace sinks in condo and whatever else we decide.

When I tried to call they answered and put me on hold for over 5 minutes with no answer. That's not very good customer service.

CDS Plumbing provided exceptional customer service and every aspect of the experience was great. We found the company, purchased a coupon for discounted service and scheduled the appointment all on line through Angie's List and the service technician showed up on time, was very personable and knowledgeable and identified the cause for a leak in the disposal, requiring replacement. We have already requested an appointment to replace that and will definitely use CDS for any future plumbing needs, as well as recommend them to others.
