BREVARD SHUTTERS

I've been trying to get them to repair the shutters they installed for the past year & a half. Twice they scheduled for somebody to come and twice the repairman didn't show up. The first time I called was before Hurricane Matthew and they said they'd send somebody the following morning. Nobody showed up and when I called, nobody answered the phone or responded to my message. I called many times since then and they said they were backed up. Once, after Hurricane Irma (a year later), they said they had no record of my prior calls, so they got me in the system again. About a week ago, they finally apologized and said they'd send somebody. Another no-show. I left another message on their machine and, of course, no return call.

Worst experience dealing with any company I have ever had in my entire life. Contract was for shutters to be installed, done, on the house, by the second week of August. It is now September 20th it doesn't appear that anyone has even been out to do the measurements. You have to practically stand on them to get a call back. They are unhelpful, unresponsive, and untruthful.

I paid them a $1000 deposit. They initially quoted me 8 weeks for the service to be performed. It has been 16 weeks now. I call them every week. They keep telling me that they will get back to me, but I keep having to call them.
