+ -1 moreLen showed up when he said that he would, inspected the house, and provided a quote that turned out to be the most reasonable that we received. When we hired them, the Arrigo Air team arrived on time, installed and adjusted the unit, and cleaned up after themselves. They returned a few days later to ask whether we were happy or anything else needed to be done. They had to reduce the air flow to decrease the humidity in the house, which they did successfully in one trip. They were a pleasure to work with. I recommend them for any HVAC work.
Description of Work: Replaced heat pump, air handling unit, and thermostat.

He gave us a discount because he wasn't able to locate the leak today and only charged us for the freon and a 1 hour house call even though he was here longer than that. I felt that he did I very through job trying to locate the leak even though it was not found. We have always had great, fast, well priced help from this company and will continue to use them in the future. In fact, we will be calling them in about a month to install a new duct into a remodeled room.
Description of Work: Our AC was icing up and working too hard to cool the house down. I don't know his name - but I'm fairly certain he is the owner of the business - came out the very next morning after I called him even though it was not an emergency call. He recharged our unit and searched for a leak. He spent a very long time looking for the leak but was unable to locate it. He assured me that if we had any more ice or issues with the unit to call him right away and he would come back. They had installed the entire unit only 4 years ago and did a fantastic job then as well.
