After waiting two months and putting up with delays and lies/excuses, work has still not been done. Extremely poor customer service. No answer on company phones after 45 minutes on hold. Broken promises. Incompetence. No one should EVER use this company..at least at this location.

Tank rental is yearly. No problem. Gas delivery... when THEY want...yearly, every two years...whenever and to what ever tank (we have 2) they feel like delivering to. Understand FL is the highest price per gallon of propane...but..$5.25 per gallon...highway robbery. Also per a 3 day ago e-mail...can get a pro-rated price paid back for tank rental if we go to another propane company...BUT..NO per gallon price paid back for gas in tank!!! Just paid a $300.00+ bill 3 days ago!!!

The quality of work was fine. They were thorough and they cleaned up after themselves. I would recommend them because they were on time and left the place cleaned as the saw it.

1) It took 6 weeks to get the gas tank buried. Every time we called for status, they didn't know the past history, and we had to recreate the entire story. 2) Came to hook up gas appliances - didn't finish - left a note on the gas range not to use it. We are a contractor, and this gas hookup was for our customer. She didn't mention to us that a note had been left and moved it, thinking we knew about it. The next day we were in the kitchen, didn't see a note so assumed it was hooked up. A week later she asked when it would be completed. We called AmeriGas and they said it was finished. It took them half a day to figure out that it wasn't. 3) They were always late on the job. 4) Very poor management follow through, very poor execution on the job.

Someone came out a week later and "inspected the tank" took my check and never filled the tank. Told me another truck was coming to fill the tank. No one came called to check and was told a truck would be coming in a couple of days. This was not for another week. Customer Service was terrible to deal with and they are a rip off. DO NOT USE!!

Since 2007 we have been dealing with this company. They know that it would be a great inconvenience to have the tank removed and replaced with another company's, and they treat us accordingly. Missed appts, having to call over and over for the same problem (empty tank that needs to be refilled), charging for tank rental that we never agreed to.

I did not like that they could not give me a ballpark time of when they were coming. I had to stay home to wait for them. When I called to see when they were coming, they said they wanted gas to go down to 5 gallons and then they said I did not need to be home. They did come while we left since they said they were going to be here in an hour to an hour and a half. They came during me running to the bank.
