+ -1 moreI have a pretty "loose" agreement with Mark. My husband intends to maintain the yard himself...however... Well, I love my husband, but the work just doesn't get done sometimes. Mark is great and when he drives by and notices my yard is badly in need of a mow, he takes care of it for me. =) I know it is not a traditional way to handle business, but in my case, it was exactly what my marriage needed. The last time Mark mowed for me, I wasn't home. So I left my house that morning glaring at my yard and when I got home it was nice and tidy again! I never even saw Mark. Just a "sorry I missed you, please send payment to this address" on my door. Thanks Mark!
