Tranquil Waterscapes was paid $ 4,532 to refinish my pool fountain. Tranquil never returned to complete the job. Problems: Fountain surface started cracking less than 60 days after instillation. Color did not match the surface sample color. The water spillway is incorrect. I requested a refund and got nothing. Now I must hire another source to correct Tranquil Waterscapes’s poor workmanship.

I couldn't be more pleased. From Alex to Briana and Melanie, this was made so easy for me. While there was some initial cost to get it right, I had invested time and money over the past 5 years and never got the results I have now. My pond was filling with leaves, the waterfall was continually slowing down and the algae was impossible. I was cleaning the filter 3-4 times a week. Now it is absolutely beautiful with happy fish and gorgeous lily pads. I also chose a maintenance contract so that I could enjoy it without all the work. They are honest, very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend Tranquil Waterscapes.
Description of Work: I have a koi pond that I was ready to remove due to the difficulties in keeping it healthy and the amount of work I had to put it in maintain it. I was referred to Alex at Tranquil Waterscapes in a last ditch effort to actually be able to enjoy the pond and my fish. I couldn't be more pleased
