company is the only one in this area that does thus type of work .phone reps never return calls to set up appointments .took two weeks to get a greese trap cleaned out .really 2 weeks

I just bought my first house in Boynton Beach which is on septic/well water and the night of my son's 17th birthday I called Raider Rooter to see if they could send a tech out to my house for an emergency service call. Even after 6 pm a very kind young lady picked up the phone and did her very best to contact their senior tech to pump out my septic tank. He was still on a job 2 hours away and yet was willing to come to my house at 10 pm....I couldn't bring myself to accept this offer and decided that my plumbing issue could wait until the next day. Daisy contacted me the next morning and set up the service call for that afternoon. Their tech called me as promised before he arrived, FOUND my tank, pumped it out, identified my problem, and billed me for a fair price. This level of exemplary service is why I am happy to spend a few moments of my day to write this review. 5 STARS for Raider Rooter in my book!

They were more expensive than competition. The initial charges doubled after they arrived.

They were the highest rate of $300 but they were the first to respond .. also I asked them to give me a quote for septic tank covers because I need to replace the cement covers I have as they are old and chipped .. the guy measured the size of covers but did not get back to me with estimate for new covers .. also the next day the pump backed up again â ¦ due to a clog in the pipe when the guy came out he empties the tank by pumping it out .. but did not clear ou the pipe where clog was so next day system backed up again but my son went outside to check and we had to stick a water hose in pipe to unclog pipe..They did not check the first time to see if the pipe was clogged and I am still waiting on an estimate for septic tank covers .. at this point no I would not hire them again .. but in desperate situations, you go with who responds first and they did.

They showed up as expected but due to traffic a little behind schedule. Work was done and I am satisfied with their work. The gentleman that came was courteous and answered my many questions.

They came quickly. We had a bad odor coming from our master bathroom. Think sewer. We have a septic tank. Since it was pumped 2 yrs ago, we didn't think the odor was that. 2 men came, asked some questions, went to the shower in master bathroom, holding their noses. Come to find out, since we never use this shower because we have an outside shower, (I know, TMI), we need to run some water down the drain in the shower every couple weeks or so. Who knew! The whole thing took 15-20 minutes tops. Just a service call charge that we were glad to pay. So thankful for their knowledge and honesty.
