They are definitely professionals and they do what they say they will. The tech was J.T. He was top notch and his work was outstanding. Raiders definitely has a true asset in him. Employees of his quality are what makes a great company.

i wasn't happy with the job

The company had me wait for all day and no one showed up. Promised the next day and did not show up on time. Call me after my waiting for all day that the truck broke down. Its a joke to see this company having a four plus star rating. needs to check their rating is run up by the company insiders or what.

Technician was very knowledgeable about septic systems and their operation. Communicated extremely well and worked efficiently. Congratulations to Raider Rooter for hiring the best.

Great experience

I had just had my water heater replaced but still had a leak when I called raider rooter. they sent over 2 guys Trainer (John), Trainee (Ed) Not only did they not fix my leak .. but they were more interested in how the water heater was installed and smoking cigarettes out on my patio. They did not wear protective gear due to covid19 (I take care of my 80 year old mom) or on their shoes so they tracked in mud all over my floors going back and forth. They caulked my bathtub which has gaps still along with muddy finger prints and I still have a leak. I asked the owner to give me a call back. They put me off for 3 days then said they put a work order in .. they should have been here yesterday but I get a call from the office person, Jessica, stating they will not come out and the owner will not call me back. SERIOUSLY CALL ANOTHER PLUMBER UNLESS YOU WANT TO THROW YOUR MONEY DOWN THE DRAIN AND BE IGNORED! John first quoted me $550 then ended up paying $795 .. I STILL HAVE A LEAK!

Raider rooter was terrific to deal with. Jessica was great, she set an appointment for the same day and was very courteous. Nick came out and was very friendly/knowledgeable/efficient. Highly recommended!

Woke up early to septic backed up into shower - what a mess! Tried some other companies who had message services or said they would page someone. A LIVE PERSON answered the phone for this company and scheduled me for same day service. The technician Nick showed up and did a quick and professional job. PLUS it was a nominal charge - no up-selling, no strange fees. I couldn't be happier at the end of what started out as a NASTY day.

Needed an urgent septic tank pump. My last pump was 9 years ago (I know should have done it sooner). Checked Home Advisor and they offered Raider Rooter. Reviews were good, so I gave them a shot. Very happy I did. Price was lower than what I paid 9 years ago. Jessica was prompt in contacting me and very nice. They came the next day and were here when promised. Very professional and quick. And they didn’t BS me on anything. Super happy with guys that came who were very nice. They ticked all the boxes for me and will use them again in four years.

The company was able to give me an appointment quickly, even with the threat of a hurricane coming . The servicemen that came out were friendly and professional. They worked quickly and did a very through job. They made sure everything was working before they left. I would definitely recommend this company.
