First of all, I was ecstatic that I called and arranged a next day appointment. They were here promptly. They explained what they were doing as they went along. Then after analyzing the situation, they informed me of how they were going to take care of the problem. And they did exactly that. It has been almost two weeks now, and my problem was totally resolved. Thank you Raider Rooter.

Problem with the system involved the box that leads into the drain field. Over the years and with the riding mower it disconnected the top drain from the box. First, the company pumped out the tank then proceeded to replace the box and drains The system was really clogged with roots ( I have a lot of trees). They were great, called ahead of arrival, kept me informed, did a great job, cleaned up and left things in good order. I feel the job was well done and the men were very professional. The price was also very reasonable considering all that had to be done.

We were looking to have our septic tank pumped and put our info in for a quote. They responded almost immediately which was great and the gentleman said he can come out the next day and gave us a quote over the phone we told him we didn't know where the tank was located which he said wasn't an issue at all so we set up the appointment. The next morning a technician showed up and asked where the tank was which I replied I didn't really know. Once it was found and he started to dig it up I asked again the price (which was the same quoted price) and also asked if I could use my cc. No problem we were good to go. Well somewhere along the way it now became over 160 more than the qouted price an extra $80 for labor (for finding and digging it up which the night before we were told was included) and another $80 for a bag of bacteria which can be bought for around $25. Not to nit pick but the outside area was left a messand the hose was also left all unwound just lying there. I'd get a quote in writing from them before any future work.
