Technician showed up late for the appointment however office did call and inform us they were running behind. Would hire again.

The tech who came out quickly diagnosed our problem, which was not the problem we thought we had. He fixed it and saved us $100.00, we thought we needed a tank pumped out but it was just a clog from the tanks line to the house. Fast and very knowledgable.

First tech was right on time. He wasn't able to clean the drain before his motorized snake died. A little disappointed that he left some scratches from his equipment on the bottom of the tub, but then the tub finish is 50 years old and worn. The second tech had things under control within a half hour. NO extra trip charge - the price was exactly what the scheduler said it would be. I don't think I paid the cheapest price for this kind of job, but they came within hours of my call for help, and they were professional.

I feel the truck lacked enough suction to fully remove all the waste from the tank. Still left 10%. Also didn't seal the lid joint fully which I had to re0do to keep out dirt from falling into tank before I put dirt back on top of tank--I did tell driver I would put the dirt back since I had originally dug it out to get to the tank. I also asked them to bring out a 1 3/8" , 6 point socket and wrench to remove the brass clean-out plug, which they did not...only an 18" pipe-wrench, which wasn't strong enough to remove the clean-out cap. I will have to go buy a socket so I can access the clean-out pipe.
