Description of Work: Removed and replaced concrete tile roof on house and detached garage; repaired rotted plywood and fashia(sp?). Installed gutters and downspouts. It was a professional, punctual, and skilled firm including the estimator, the office personnel, and the work crews. They startedon the roof when they said they would and worked continuously until completed. Quality workmanship and materials. Owner Joe Pace stopped by regularly to check on the work and to keep us updated. We were very pleased with the finished product and expect to feel the same when the rainy season is underway.

The company submitted the mitigation form for my insurance company. This is the third roof this company has installed for me. Each time they have given me a fair price and good service.
Description of Work: Complete reroof of a house including a flat roof over the car port. Replaced damaged wood.

 + -1 moreI had a lot of different estimates. Most people were very patronizing. The man that came out from Pace talked to me like I was an intelligent person and that's the reason he got the job. The workers did a good job and showed up on time when they said they would. They had the work done in the time frame they specified and cleaned up well when they were finished. We would use them again for work in the future when needed and would recommend them to others.
Description of Work: Pace Roofing took out our old roof and then installed a new roof for us. They did this work for us 10 years ago and it was the first time we had used them.
