The inside job we had issues with almost immediately. The seams were sloppy and the patterns didn't even remotely line up. After persistent chasing them and telling my builder I would not sign off on crappy work, the repaired the issue somewhat better, but it was never considered a great job. The reason I write this awful review today is the work they did on my outdoor BBQ area. They used the wrong glue and it turned yellow and started to crack off after only a year. They came back and did the exact same thing and the issue has happened again. They sent out a nice man two months ago who was the shop foreman. He said I am so sorry I will get with the owner and we will make this right for you. I called 5 times and left messages, and emailed 3 times. Ignore me and this is what you get. On to every other site and social media I can think of!

+ -1 morestay away from this company, they damaged my brand new stove putting a dent in it by resting a slab on it & didn't make any compensation for it. in addition his men cut 3 electrical outlet openings wrong & went past the cover plate & had to epoxy to fill in their mistake. not only that, when I stopped payment on the check the owner had his lawyer threaten me with a letter. the owner of this company clearly has no regard for his customers or his reputation. he told me now that I have to pay in full before he will fix my back splash. they now will not fix the problems with my back splash until I pay them in full first.

Description of Work: Before using them, I had another fabricator come out to give me an estimate. It was the owner of that other company that came out and he wanted to put two seams in the breakfast bar and one seam in each countertop. The granite I selected has a lot of movement and putting a seam in an L shaped countertop would make one part go in one direction, and the other part in another direction! It would have looked horrible! When I asked him why he was putting in so many seams, he said the 3cm Granite would be too heavy to carry in. Apparently, he wanted to piece it in so he could save the granite and sell it as a remnant! Empire Stone came out, they said they did not need ANY seams in both countertops and only one in the breakfast bar as I just didn't have enough stone to do it in one piece. They patiently worked with me for an hour at their location helping me place the template exactly where I wanted it. The one seam they had to put in the breakfast bar is truly invisible!!! The color of the glue was mixed perfectly and the seam is a tight flat seam! Even though I know it's there, you can not see it at all! One small piece was cut too small and they sent their own truck to Orlando to get another slab at their cost and quickly made it right! The young men doing the installation were wonderful! They are talented, polite, punctual and immaculately clean. Many thanks to all the young men but especially to Pepe. George, the owner, is a very kind and caring man and I would never use any other fabricator.

+ -1 moreMy cabinet man called empire stone and gave them my measurements for counter tops and Then I went to visit their show room and picked out my quartz and the edge I wanted. Gave them a deposit of half down.when I was ready for my countertops I gave them a call and they promptly came out and did their own measurements. Next they came and installed my counter tops with in 10 days. They did a beautiful job. I am very pleased and would highly recommend them.

+ -1 moreI liked them a lot. They're very responsive and they did a good quality job. I had some problems with the stone I selected and the availability of it at the manufacturer and they were extensively trying to locate slabs of the stone I wanted and were able to get it. I got my counter installed about 2 months ahead of when the manufacturer originally was to have the stone available. They're very customer- oriented and I enjoyed working with them.

+ -1 moreMy experience with Empire Stone was excellent. They were extremely affordable and they were very quick. I placed an order and within two weeks, I had it and that was over the Christmas holidays, even, so it would have been even quicker if it wasn't over the Christmas holidays.
