No contact... Called... Left a message... No return call.

They were very responsive when I called for a quote, then I sent in a check to start work. They applied for the proper permits, arranged inspections, everything was done well. I feel the shutters were installed properly, no short cuts. We have only been living in this house for a while, so it was very nice that they also helped us figure out the shutters we currently have so that they will fit together properly. My only complaint is that there was not a whole lot of communication from them. I would have appreciated a phone call when they received my check, and other status updates.

Met with salesperson Ralph who was very nice and agreeable to the many questions that I raised about some options that I wanted and even arranged a payment schedule of 25% up front, 25% at installation, 25% 30 days after installation, and final payment 60 days after installation. Installation was performed reasonably well, until I noticed that they were going to put the accordions on two windows that I did not have in my contract. Being an honest person, I advised the installer and they checked with the bosses and were told to not do and just bring the materials back. This is was fine but I wonder if they had put them up, would they have charged me extra? Anyway, the installation was ok, except the installers letting a lot of paper and plastic go into my swimming pool and did not really have any interest in taking it out, until I started to do it on my own. After installation I decided to refinance my house and during this process was advised that All American would not sign releases to the Title company since I still owed money to them. I was never advised that this is a typical procedure done by contractors to make sure they were paid. I tried to talking to several people at their offices and they were not about to sign any release. One told the title company that they had asked me to pay and I had not and I never received any call or invoice from them requesting payment. (payment is 3 days late at the time of this review). Then I called her, she told that there was nothing they could do and tried her best to explain why. In any event, she basically said there is not a lien, but if I don't pay there will be a lien. Then another worker sent me an email with the invoice and told me that when I pay the invoices they will release the lien. Then the owner's daughter called me and further advised me that this is the way things are done when you contract for something on your house. I suggested that perhaps the salespeople should tell people about this before entering into a contract. She did not think that was a good idea, so apparently the theory is get the contract signed and don't worry if the customer experiences problems later when they want to refinance their house Additionally, she did not care if I reviewed their work on Angies List, thus my writing this review.

Gave me Angie discourt Not expensive but I must have paid with a credit card and can't find the exact amount for the two trips and repair it was under $200.

I called them and left a message because it was during lunch. A few days later I still hadn't heard anything so I called back and she asked me to send pictures because she didn't understand what I was talking about. It's been another 3 or 4 days and I still haven't heard from them so I decided not to work with them. Update: Service Provider reach out to me after finding about review. He hadn't gotten my previous message. Came out same days, apologized and did an excellent job repairing my shutters. I highly recommend this company.

Great. All American went above and beyond. The product, the installation, and the customer service were excellent.

Was very professional and impressed with his presentation. We went with another company but would definitely consider them again in the future when it's time to do the first floor.

It cost about $100 per window. They were reasonable, nice and he knew what he was doing.? He was fast and good, I liked him. It is a small, Mom & Pop business. They had to reschedule once, but he came out and did the job; that was it.

I only have a few weeks to prepare a property for rental and ASG responded ASAP. They gave the estimate, applied for the permit and were approved by the association in a timely manner. Even though the permit process takes longer than I anticipated they kept in touch. A+++

They invited me to come out to see how the shutters were made. I was impressed with how everything was operated. Once the house was painted and I had the gutters put up, it was almost a beautiful match. My house has a beautiful pop now. They also had a 10% off coupon for Angie's List members, which saved a lot on my bill. I was very impressed by the people that came out to put up the shutters. They were very clean and showed me how to operate the shutters. So now I know how to work them if there is any severe weather. It is a great feeling to feel that my home is protected now.

They were very professional and very knowledgeable. I don't know that I would go with them based on their cost. I would have to get some more estimates. But, with my dealings with them, they were nice.

It was excellent. They did a wonderful job. I would recommend them in a heartbeat. I just can’t tell how polite they were. They were on time. When I have the inspector come out, he said that this one of the best companies he’s ever seen. In everything done, he doesn’t have to tell me to redo things. He cleaned up after himself all the time. Even the inspector was very highly impressed with them. They cleaned up any messes. It was all done in one day. We only have weeks for the inspector so the company was nice enough to send of their workers just to sit in the parking lot to give me a call as soon as the guy showed up because I wanted to be there. He waited all day and then they gave me a call and I went over there. I was just very impressed with the whole company and how they do business and stuff. We had other quotes and they were almost the cheapest but not quite but I heard some things from them and because they were on Angie’s List also. I heard that they were good and that’s why I went to them.

The company was very professional. The job was completed in about 4 1/2 hours which included 3 accordion shutters and 3 aluminum panels.The workers were very knowledgeable about the job they had to perform. When the inspector came to sign off the job once completed, he did not have any issues with the job that was performed and said that there are very few companies that he would recommend, but All American Shutters and Glass would be one of them.

They had great follow up. We decided not to proceed, but if we decide to proceed we will definitely use them

Overall everything went pretty well for some very minor problems. They were 2 hours late 1 day without calling us. They left a strap out of one shutter. They put a wrong lock on one shutter. They resolved all problems promptly and did a professional job overall. There prices were competitive and they had a superior product. Yes, I would recommend them and would use them again.
