I have a tenant who is renting my townhouse in Palm Beach Gardens and he was having problems with the garage door. Found 74 D.O.R.S after a little research on the internet. Called them & schedule them to come out. They fixed the problem and the tenant was happy from the work..

They fixed some minor issues with our door and had it back up in running in no time.

I would give them five stare in every category. I live alone and was panicked that my door would not close...they were the only ones to come and close the broken door...I hired them to replace everything...they did and it was a five star job, P.S? They did not charge me for coming out and closing my door so I would be safe.

Very good customer service. And the work was excellent too. Not an easy task. Had to replace panels with neighbor's old door since the manufacturer went out of business. 2 other companies declined to help. 74 D.O.R.S stepped up to the plate and accomplished the task with flying colors. They also performed maintenance (lubricating the rest of the door) which was not required but greatly appreciated. Their invoice was very reasonable too. They also took pictures of the job and emailed it to me at the end. I have to say I was very impressed and they will get my business or references in the future. Thanks 74 Garage Door CO.

Had this company recently replace my garage door spring and weather-seal the door. PROs: excellent customer service, the repairman, the trainee, and the dispatcher were all very professional and respectful. Also despite my expectations this company quoted me the least (out of three). CONs: they are VERY busy, so if you need a follow-up after a service (like I did) be aware that it might not happen until a week later. This was particularly noticeable in my case since we anticipated a hurricane between the repair visits and the winds could easily get inside my garage. Another thing that I've noticed is that a few days after the work was done the weather seal at the bottom of the door started to come off so it looks like it wasn't secured very well. OVERALL I think I'd hire this company again if I'm not in a hurry to get the job done.

Door looks great ! Great service until job was finished. I was out of town during install and when I got home I was very pleased with the door. Unfortunately the garage door opener did not work. The opener was original and may have had issues but no follow up phone call after $ was paid to offer assistance with opener. The manual locking mechanism on the inside of the door did not line up with the slot in the rail - not sure what happened there. Also, mess left in driveway (nail, bolts, nuts, debris). I should have postponed the install until I was home. Nice people in the company but they must be very busy not to follow up.
