Description of Work: These guys did an excellent job on my house in South Tampa. Job was finished on time and company was very responsive to our needs and they kept us updated every step of the way. they put new roof on with skylights and installed gutter system.

Description of Work: They put a new roof on our home,replaced 19 sheets of plywood, put down sticky paper and new asphalt shingles. When done, cleaned up and hauled away everything. We feel they did an excellent job. They replaced a roof on our son' s home a few years ago, also.

Description of Work: Company was requested by me to clean and seal a portion of my roof as a condition of my house closing. I had heard excellent recommendations about Gonzalez Roofing, which was why I had requested their services. Although once he got there, they did a very good job, he did not show up the first two dates he had given me. When discussing it with him, he was very apologetic and stated he was extremely busy. While I realize my job was a very small one, the scenario created alot of anxiety on my part.His work is excellent based on multiple recommendations and I thought they did a very good job on my roof...however based on the responsiveness and difficulty I had in getting him to show up on the original dates promised, I will not utilize him for other roofing services even though his recommendations from others are excellent. I feel that no matter how small or how big the job, the customer should be treated the same. I feel that my job got delayed because it was a small job and not as important. I have no complaint on the quality of his work.

Description of Work: Replaced the entire roof, the crew was very proffesional and worked efficentily. They cleaned up the area as they as others were working on the roof. I have a large hip roof and they were able to complete the job in two and a half days. I am very satisfied with the completed job.

They came at 6:15 am and were very quiet and considerate and waited for most of the neighborhood woke up. They came when they said that they were going to come and did an excellent job.

Wayne took a personal interest in ensuring a quality job, putting in extra fascia where needed, which did not add anything unreasonable to the final bill.
Description of Work: Wayne's team replaced our roof (18 years old) with 30-year three dimensional shingles, replaced nine pieces of plywood and approximately 40 feet of quality cedar fascia and sub fascia where needed.

HE IS COURTEOUS AND EASY TO WORK WITH AND ACTUALLY ANSWERS HIS PHONE AND RETURNS CALLS WITHIN A REASONABLE PERIOD OF TIME. HE DOES SEEM TO BE VERY BUSY AND DOES NOT ALWAYS KEEP APPOINTMENTS, HOWEVER HE DOES USUALLY CALL. I APPRECIATED HIM TAKING THIS SMALL JOB CONSIDERING HOW BUSY HE IS.

+ -1 moreWAYNE'S MOTTO IS 'ROOFING WITH A CONSCIENCE'. HE DID WHAT HE SAID HE WOULD DO - HE TOOK CARE OF BUSINESS. WAYNE AND HIS TEAM OF 6 MEN WERE MOST COURTEOUS AND PROFESSIONAL. DESPITE THE RAINY WEATHER, THE JOB WAS COMPLETED IN 2 HALF DAY SESSIONS AS THE RAIN HALTED WORK ON DAY ONE. THEY DID THEIR VERY BEST TO CLEAN UP ALL THE DROPPED NAILS AND DEBRIS FROM OLD ROOF THAT FELL INTO YARD. I LOVE THE LOOK OF MY NEW ROOF!
