Scott came in a dealt with a difficult situation that went from repair to complete rebuild. The estimate changed to reflect the extra work but it was fair change and the work was done accordingly. He showed complete professionalism and had the ability to be creative to solve some issues that other companies would have turned their backs on.

Scott did an excellent job hanging two chandeliers - one of them was in a very tricky spot. I have more projects in the pipeline and will definitely be calling him again.

Scott did a phenomenal job repairing my pocket door. He had to put on new hardware and remove part of my door frame to re-install it. I had just had the frame painted a week ago, so Scott very carefully removed the frame so as not to damage the wood, put the door back in, and the frame back together. Then. he calked it AND repainted it - you can’t even tell he did the repair! My pocket door works beautifully and my door frame looks perfect! Scott is not only a skilled professional; he’s a polite, respectful, nice guy to boot! I highly recommend him!

Scott was quick and able to explain clearly the issues with my windows. I’m yet to see the work is good by seeing no leaks throught the window seals, but the job seems to have very good finish.

We had a number of shingles damaged in the removal of a solar pool heater. We purchased sealant and fabric and Scott applied it. He did a great job protecting our roof from future water damage. He’s very thorough and conscientious, we’ll definitely use him again.

Scott was on time, arrived with everything he would need to complete the job. He was also willing to run out to the hardware store to get odds and ends to match hardware/styles we already had installed, so he can do it all. We had him install a couple of ceiling fans, some outdoor lights in the lanai, and a grab bar in the shower. We already are talking to him about getting more work done - he did a top notch job! Super satisfied with his willingness to communicate, ask questions, etc., in order to get the job done in a way that made us happy.

Scott has to be the most professional and nicest property maintenance individual I have hired. The finished work was phenomenal and we were so pleased with the outcome. What seemed difficult to us in repair and trust me we tried, Scott made it look too easy. He updated us along the way and the communication afterward was top-notch. It went well as Scott a number of general handyman services as well as put in some basic pavers for us. Scott was a professional from the beginning to the end and was very available by phone when I needed him and for follow-up work to the work he had completed already. I would hire him again. .

Scott was so professional and very kind. He perfectly installed my chandeliers and when I asked him to change an angle on them and I apologized he said no worries let get it exactly how you want them!!! Very fairly priced! I will hire him for other jobs in the future

Scott and his assistant arrived on time, were very professional and did a very nice job replacing the siding on a large exterior wall. The work area was left clean and tidy. We would definitely recommend them to friends or family and intend to use them again for any projects we feel like are more than we can tackle ourselves.

Scott and Daniel are awesome! I initially contacted the owner, Scott, for multiple odd jobs to get ready to sell my house and quickly found their talents to be extensive in so many areas of home repair, packing, power washing and painting including repairing/replacing damaged walls, trim, doors etc. They also applied epoxy flooring to my garage as well as replaced the attic stairs. They are flexible to help in any way possible! What is also really great about them is they will tell you honestly the best approach to correct an issue and complete the job efficiently and with quality. They are also always open to (and ask for) feedback and want to ensure their customer is happy with the results. No hesitation to refer this great company to others!.

This team is fabulous. I have already asked them for an estimate for other work that I want down. They are experts in what they do. They clean up after the work is finished and they make sure that you are happy with finished product. I highly recommend them for maintenance, or construction you need done.
