concrete repair, stamped concrete, patios
 + 1 moreThe slab has several cracks in it. He told me that any surface cracks were going to be normal and expected but the cracks that we have in it are now large and deep and the concrete is chipping away. I have sent the company pictures of what the job has resulted to and they have not responded back. I have tried calling them to discuss the issue and they are unwilling to fix the situation.

 + -1 moreI am very pleased with the result. Paul was very helpful in guiding me through the process. His crew was punctual and polite and always left the jobsite clean after the days work. They finished in 5 days as they promised. The end result is stunning. He also did not require a deposit which is incredible in Tampa.
Description of Work: Removed an existing concrete patio which was approximately 800-1,000 square feet. Replaced with stamped concrete and re-finished existing pool deck.

 + 0 moreThey were on time and did excellent work. Did not pour concrete on the days that rained. Graded the new concrete to ensure proper drainage and filled in low spots in my yard at a minimal cost.
Description of Work: Removed old driveway concrete slab and sidewalks, excavate, grade, fill and compact. Install 3220 square feet of broom finish 3000 PSI fiber concrete, and install culvert as per the Hillsborough County inspector.

Description of Work: A 22 ft by 22 ft stamped and colored concrete. They made the patio even, with all three sliding doors in the back of our house. The thickness ranged from 4 to 8 inches.

Description of Work: THE BEGINNING OF THE SUMMER I TOLD SANDY THAT I WANTED THEM TO DO THE WORK AFTER GETTING AN ESTIMATE FROM WILL SMITH. THEY SAID THAT IT WOULD BE FIVE WEEKS. EIGHT WEEKS LATER THEY SAID THEY WOULD START ON FRIDAY OR SATURDAY. TWO WEEKS LATER THEY HADN'T COME AND A PHONE MESSAGE SAID THAT THEY WERE ON VACATION. NOT WORTH THE STRESS.

Description of Work: They resurfaced our pool deck. They were great. Very reasonable price. They didnt just paint. They actually leveled and put on an attractive coating. They also put in a stripping and a top seal coat is very good.
