We have used this provider for a few years now. He is very accessible, fast, reliable, and an absolute wizard when it comes to computer issues. When our business computer is done, basically, "our business doors are closed until it is up and running perfectly". John is able to resolve much of our issues using remote access. He is has the highest level knowledge of computers compared to anyone we have ever used. He ISN'T "just a tech"....he's more of a computer expert's expert. Big difference to the small business owner. We have used other tech's on Angie's List with satisfying results, but this man is able to do things with computers that even they did not have the skill level to accomplish. His prices are not "rock bottom", but we've found them to be reasonable relative to the task. Of all that we contacted, he was the ONLY one who could custom build our business computer per our needs and specs. It was quite complicated, but he accomplished it within days. He also keeps us updated on ways to save money on issues such as offsite file storage and which software programs give the best bang for the buck. I can't say enough about his skill, knowledge and service. John is absolutely 5 star!. He has handled more simple issues, but for really complicated problems and customizing, this is the man every small business should be using.
