Description of Work: Two men came and cleaned almost every inch of my carpet. What they didn't clean, I didn't want them to clean because of electrical equipment or overly stuffed closets.

 + -1 moreTHE CARPET CLEANING WAS DONE VERY WELL AND THERE WAS A NOTICEABLE DIFFERENCE WHEN THE CARPETS DRIED. SMALL THING THAT BOTHERED US WERE THEY PUT THE SOFAS BACK WHILE THE CARPETS WERE STILL WET AND DIDN'T WARN US TO PROP THEM UP, ETC. SO AFTER A FEW DAYS, THERE WAS A VERY MUSTY SMELL COMING FROM UNDERNEATH. OVERALL A PRETTY GOOD JOB.
Description of Work: THEY STEAM CLEANED CARPETS IN A LARGE LIVING ROOM, 2 BEDROOMS AND A HALLWAY. THIS INCLUDED PLACING PLASTIC SQUARES UNDER THE EDGES OF FURNITURE THAT COULD NOT BE MOVED AND MOVING FURNITURE THAT COULD BE MOVED.

 + -1 moreALTHOUGH I SAW THEM CLEAN ALL AREAS OF THE UPHOLSTERY, ONCE IT DRIED, I COULD NOT TELL IT HAD BEEN CLEANED. I HAVE A CARPET CLEANER AT HOME WITH AN UPHOLSTERY ATTACHMENT, THAT DOES A BETTER JOB. I THOUGHT THE COST WAS ALSO EXPENSIVE AS I ONLY PAID FOR THE SOFA AND THE LOVESEAT WAS FREE. IT WOULD HAVE BEEN $25 MORE.
Description of Work: THEY STEAM CLEANED A SOFA AND A LOVESEAT. THEY REMOVED EACH CUSHION AND CLEANED THEM WITH A WAND THEN CLEANED THE OTHER AREAS OF THE UPHOLSTERY.
